      NP'S LANGUAGE MAXIMS    By N P Samal (1) The fluency and quality of our speech depends on how fast and accurately we are able to comprehend the listening. (2) Teaching English is the most effective effective way of learning English.  (3) Those who are not good at the mother tongue will not find it easy to master a second language. On the other hand, the over use of the mother tongue hinders in the acquisition of a second language.   (4) Knowledge is prerequisite of language competence. (5) A rigid brain is a bad home for language exercise.  (6) Introversion is hostile to language and communication.  (7) Language is a never-stopping track on which communication an ever-running vehicle, while the main fuel for the vehicle of communication is the language itself.  (8)
